If a product does not meet your expectations, or if you have changed your mind about your purchase, you are, of course, welcome to return or exchange it. Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

However, there are a few conditions you must meet when returning your product. These conditions are set out below. When completing the returns form, you can indicate whether you would like to receive a different product or a refund.

Return policy:

• Returns or exchanges are only possible within 14 days of receiving your order. Please quote the invoice number when making a return or exchange.
• The product must be complete (including booklets, box, labels, etc.), as supplied by us.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The box may have been opened to view the product, but the product must not have been used.
• Labels, stickers, tags, pouches and protective films must not be removed.
• The product must have been purchased from our online shop.
• If you choose to receive a refund, the money will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
• You are responsible for the return postage costs.

We recommend that you send your return parcel by insured post. This way, you will receive a tracking number from the carrier, and if the parcel is lost, the contents will be reimbursed by the carrier.
