Dex is mini-zshop.nl’s own product, developed in-house. He is still in development and has a lot to learn. Our team is working hard to keep improving him.

How to use it

Just ask. We’ll work it out together.

Type the way you talk. You don’t need a perfectly worded question.

Try a question like this
“I’m looking for my first Mini-Z for carpet, around €200. What do I need?”

Share a little context
Click Ask Dex on the page where you need help. I use your recent shopping choices.
Keep the conversation going
Ask “and for my car?” or add something while I’m working. I follow the conversation.
You choose what happens next
Open product cards, start fresh with New conversation or choose Talk to a staff member for personal help.

Dex uses your current chat and, when signed in, a short customer profile.

New information and corrections are processed without holding up your chat. View your profile under My account → Dex.

What gets processed
Your question and relevant context go to our AI provider. Processing may take place outside Europe.
What gets stored
Private logs with questions and answers are kept for up to 30 days for diagnosis and improvement.
Only share what’s needed
Don’t send passwords, payment details or sensitive information. Find full details, retention periods and your privacy rights under Privacy and AI.

AI can make mistakes. Check product information and safety advice. Your customer rights still apply. This chat is intended for adults; under 18? Ask a parent, guardian or staff member for help.
